Had hearing problem of my bilateral ears due to swollen, painful & tinnitus. Came to Clinic Satok to get a treatment. Front counter staff & Dr so friendly. Clear Explanation & plan of treatment was given. Effective treatment. Charges acceptable. No long queues. Recommended.

Came to Klinik Satok today to have my son’s acne problem checked. Initially, a friend recommended this clinic to me because it has a skin specialist. We met Dr. Nasri, who took the time to explain in detail about my son’s breakouts and prescribed a few medications to help with his acne. Sangat berpuas hati dengan penerangan yang diberikan. Dr. Nasri was very helpful and explained everything clearly, which gave me a better understanding of my son’s skin condition and treatment. Thank you to Dr. Nasri and the team at Klinik Satok for the good service. Will definitely come back again! 😊

Today 28/8/2026 afternoon was the first time oh go to Satok clinic and I feel woww!! The clinic is so clean from the front door to the toilet is very clean. The best thing is I can meet the dr and staff who are so friendly😍😍 from the beginning to the end I got good service from the dr n staff, alhamdulilah 😍😍 I feel like Tok, maybe it will be my favorite clinic after Tok hihi with the dr who explains well with good staff😍 by the way thanks dr and staff at Satok Clinic, happy to meet you people and get good service from you people, love it and good luck to Satok Clinic & Satok Clinic staff 😍😍

I would have rated this clinic much higher if the doctor had been more patient-friendly. I came here for an ultrasound to confirm my pregnancy, not to be made to feel scared by the doctor. I already know that I'm a high-risk pregnancy, but there was no need to tell me that I was putting myself in danger just because I became pregnant again after a short interval. Why be so insensitive toward a pregnant woman? You could have chosen to explain things kindly and professionally, without making your patient feel judged. I should have been able to leave the clinic feeling reassured, but instead, you chose to speak in a way that came across as harsh and insensitive. I didn't even feel comfortable asking questions because the atmosphere you created was so unpleasant. The doctor I'm referring to was a locum doctor, not the resident doctor. To be honest, the only reason I'm giving this rating is because the nurse who welcomed and assisted me was kind and professional. To Dr. R, please improve your communication skills with patients. Yes, you're the doctor and I'm just the patient, but that doesn't mean patients should be treated with arrogance or made to feel belittled.

Has suggest my parents to visit klinik satok. To meet dressar Nasri for ear infection trearment. Had great experience with the treatment given by the medical pratitioner. Not only that my parents received good health advices from the Dressar they've met. Recommended to do here as the charges for the treatment is reasonable compare to other private ENT clinics for a simple infection.

Amazing service, friendly informative staff, no waiting time, easy and convenient to make an appointment. The staff took time with us to make sure that we understood all the steps of the examination as well as the medication that was prescribed. I was blown away by their kindness and compassion while assisting my husband. Would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. I am so impressed regarding the service we received. The staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond in every aspect of the patient experience, plus do it all with a smile on their face.

I brought my child to the ENT clinic because an insect had entered their ear. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The doctor was also kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring, especially as it was a stressful situation for us as parents. The staff and doctor handled my child with great care and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The price also reasonable for ETN service. I had been struggling with hearing problems for some time, and visiting this clinic was one of the best decisions I made. The staff were very kind, professional, and patient in listening to my concerns. The doctor and staff were super friendly 😭✨ The doctor was very thorough during the examination and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Thanks to their help and proper treatment, my hearing has improved and I feel much more confident now. I truly appreciate the care and support I received here. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing hearing problems.

I had an issue with a clogged ear, which caused muffled hearing and a feeling of pressure. It was likely caused by earwax buildup and sinus congestion from a cold or allergies. I then went to Klinik Satok for a referral. After seeing the doctor and having my ear cleaned, my hearing became clear again.Even after the service, the clinic continued to stay in touch. I would like to wish them continued success and all the best.♡♡♡♡♡♡

A huge thank you to Dr. Dayang and the team for the excellent care I received on Jan 22nd at 7 PM. Their friendly and empathetic approach really cheered me up and helped calm my nerves, which was a lifesaver since I deal with 'white coat hypertension.' Both the doctor and staff were so patient while taking my BP. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the service and consultation! Klinik Satok is officially my #1 choice for a GP in Kuching. First time went to this clinic for my son's eczema. All staff & Doctors are so kind and helpful. Doctors explained & sharing very helpful information on eczema. The treatment so far okay..my son's skin is getting better. Hopefully it will heal slowly.
